If your glass lantern or decor item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement for your item as quickly as possible. At Decorrizz India, we take great care in securely packing fragile decor products, but in the rare event of transit damage, we are committed to ensuring a smooth resolution for our customers.

Yes, you can cancel your order after placing it, depending on the product type and order status.
For small or ready-made decor items, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, if the order is returned, applicable forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
For custom-size, made-to-order, personalized, or large furniture items, cancellation is only possible before the manufacturing process begins. Manufacturing usually starts within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Once production has started or the item has been manufactured, the order cannot be cancelled immediately. If you no longer wish to receive the product, the refund process will be initiated after the item is resold through our website.
At Decorrizz India, many handcrafted and made-to-order products are specially prepared for each customer, which is why these policies help us manage materials, craftsmanship, and production fairly.
Dispatch timelines at Decorrizz India vary depending on the product type, size, packaging requirements, and customization involved.
Estimated dispatch timelines are as follows:
Ready-to-ship decor items: usually dispatched within 1–2 business days
Medium-sized fragile decor products: typically dispatched within 2–3 business days
Large fragile items and furniture products: generally dispatched within 5–7 business days
Custom-made or handcrafted complex items: may require 10–15 business days for preparation and dispatch
Extra-large custom projects, furniture sets, or bulk orders: dispatch timelines are shared separately based on design discussions, production requirements, order quantity, and current demand
At Decorrizz India, many products are handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure premium quality and safe delivery. In certain situations such as high seasonal demand, custom production requirements, material availability, or factory and logistics circumstances beyond our control, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary.
If there is any significant delay, our team will keep you informed and provide updates regarding your order status. We always strive to dispatch every order as quickly and safely as possible without compromising product quality and packaging standards.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and locations. However, full COD may not be available for certain large fragile decor items, furniture products, or made-to-order custom pieces.
At Decorrizz India, many of our products are handcrafted and specially prepared after an order is placed rather than being mass-produced. In addition, large decor and fragile items require oversized protective packaging and involve high shipping and handling costs to ensure safe delivery.
For such orders, we may request a partial advance payment to confirm the order and reduce return-related logistics costs. The remaining balance, if applicable, can be paid at the time of delivery based on the product category and delivery location.
