We accept a wide range of payment options for your convenience: Cards: All major Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Digital Payments: Net Banking, UPI, and popular e-wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected products and locations.

 

Note on COD Orders: Because many of our items are handcrafted or made-to-order, we require a partial deposit of 30% to 50% to secure your order. Once you place a COD order, we will email you a personalized, secure payment link to complete this deposit. As soon as the deposit is received, our artisans will begin preparing your item. The remaining balance will be collected in cash at the time of delivery.

 

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see at checkout is inclusive of all applicable taxes and shipping charges, so there are no hidden surprises.

 

3. Safety and Security

Your financial security is our top priority. All transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard secure gateways. We do not store your full card details, and your personal information is kept strictly confidential.

 

4. Order Confirmation

Immediately after you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary and the total amount paid. Please keep this for your records.

 

5. Payment Verification and Failures Verification:

To prevent fraud, we may occasionally reach out via email or phone to verify your details before processing an order. Failures: If your payment does not go through, please check your balance and ensure your information is entered correctly. If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact our support team.

In the event of a billing discrepancy or a payment error, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We are committed to investigating and resolving any issues promptly.
