We understand the importance of transparency and clarity in our customer relationships, which is why we have crafted a unique and professional Return and Refund Policy that flows like a lyrical masterpiece.

1. Fragile Items - Handle with Care:
While we strive to package our delicate items with utmost care, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on fragile products. However, if you receive a damaged item, our concerto of customer care will promptly send you a replacement, ensuring your satisfaction dances to the rhythm of perfection.

2. Made-to-Order Furniture - An Ode to Uniqueness:
Our made-to-order furniture creations are symphonies of craftsmanship, each tailored to your preferences. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. But worry not, for if your bespoke furniture encounters any transit mishaps, our maestro team will visit your abode to perform their restorative magic. In cases where restoration isn't possible,  we will compose a fresh melody by replacing the product, with freight charges harmoniously handled by us.

For our cherished international customers, should you happen to receive a furniture or large size item with minor damage, we kindly request you to arrange for its repair locally, as regrettably, we are unable to send our personnel for repair services. However, be assured that in the unlikely event of receiving a product with major damage or significant defects, we will swiftly send you a replacement, and you will be responsible for handling the freight charges once again. Our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction remains steadfast, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Embracing the Melody of Handmade Products:
As the virtuosos of handmade masterpieces, we cherish the small nuances that make each creation unique. Minor variations in color tones and sizes are the virtuoso's signature that showcases their individuality. Rest assured, we consider discrepancies within 1 to 3 centimeters for grand compositions and 0.5 to 1 centimeters for smaller ones as harmonious delights to be embraced.

4. Encore for Non-Fragile Small Items:
Our petite non-fragile creations offer a return window of three days after delivery, creating a sense of liberation for our patrons. If, by chance, you discover that a product is not in sync with its visual solo, we will gladly replace it, allowing your decor ensemble to resonate in perfect unison.

5. Embracing the Symphony of Handmade:
We wish to humbly remind our cherished customers that all our products are lovingly handmade, and many are composed as made-to-order magnum opuses. Handmade artistry thrives on the subtle variations that give it life. These beautiful imperfections add soulful character to your decor, and we encourage you to embrace their uniqueness.

6. Refund Rhapsody:

In case of refund: You will receive the credit within 3 to 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Note: Delivery charges are not refundable in any case for demestic or international orders.
