Return & Refund Policy

At DecorRizz India, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home decor. Because many of our items are handmade or bespoke, our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on quality.

1. Fragile Items Due to the delicate nature of these products, we do not offer monetary refunds for fragile items. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If a fragile item arrives broken or damaged, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost. Please notify us immediately upon delivery.

2. Made-to-Order Furniture Our furniture pieces are custom-crafted specifically for your order. For this reason, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Domestic Orders (India): If your furniture is damaged during transit, our team will visit your home to provide professional restoration. If the damage cannot be repaired, we will replace the item and cover all shipping costs.

  • International Orders: For minor transit damage, we kindly ask customers to arrange for local repairs. In the rare event of major structural damage or significant defects, we will provide a replacement; however, the customer is responsible for the international freight charges for the replacement item.

3. The Character of Handmade Products DecorRizz celebrates the unique nature of artisanal work. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are not defects—they are the hallmarks of handmade art.

  • Size Tolerances: Please allow for slight size discrepancies. We consider variations of 1–3 cm for large items and 0.5–1 cm for small items to be within our acceptable quality standards.

4. Non-Fragile Small Items For small, non-fragile decor, we offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • If the product you receive does not match the visual representation on our website, we will gladly process a replacement to ensure your decor ensemble is perfect.

5. Refund Processing In instances where a refund is approved:

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable for both domestic and international orders.
